٭ A basket of flowers is created from tiny crochet stitches and surrounded by tiny ladder work. The front has an abundance of cutwork and embroidery creating a field of flowers featuring the subtle eggshell on eggshell linen with an. The lining is lavender silk and the sides are too. This was all handmade in the 1920’s in Italy. The back is an eggshell raw silk. The outside edges have a lavender bead trimming.
