Scotland in 2009

Filed under: Uncategorized — Lambert @ 10:58 am

On June 12th, 2009 my younger niece Eleanor was married to Elliot. Gerry and I were in attendance at the wedding which took place in the “House for An Art Lover“, who’s official site is here. The setting was quite beautiful (to any fan of Charles Rennie Mackintosh), and the sun blazed in the sky.

After the wedding we hit the road and headed for the Isle of Skye, where we had rented ‘Laundry Cottage’ which is in the grounds of, and directly opposite Dunvegan Castle, seat of the Clan MacLeod. Quite a pretty sight to see each morning from the front door.
